Return & Exchange Policy
If any wagandco website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or online store credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or by UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We do not honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalised, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
